Teaching Staff Mobility in the Framework of the Erasmus Programme.

– promote exchange of expertise and experience on pedagogical methods
– discuss research projects and future cooperation

ESCI offers its teaching staff the opportunity to undertake a short teaching period in one of our European partner institutions holding a valid Erasmus University Charter..
The duration of this visiting period runs from one day to a maximum of 6 weeks. You have to teach at least 5 hours in the partner institution which must accept your teaching programme proposal in advance.

• Application

If you are interested in participating please contact the International Relations Office at ESCI. There is no restriction but priority will be given to those teachers going abroad for the first time. Obtain initial approval of your teaching programme. Bear in mind that your proposed programme should be integrated into the curricula of the host institution.
If your application is successful you must complete required Erasmus documents. A teacher mobility contract has to be signed by all parties before your visiting period and a report competed after your return to ESCI.

• Funding

The Erasmus programme will support your costs for travel and subsistence within a maximum budget. For the academic year 2012/13 a maximum of 700€ is available. All receipts (originals) have to be provided after your return.

• Collaboration

As we signed a Bilateral Agreement with our Erasmus partner institutions you can also invite colleagues from these universities to teach at ESCI and help us to internationalise our academic programme.
